How To Make Sweetest Yummy Butter Icing

What is Butter Icing Ingredient : (For 1kg Cake Cover)

Unsalted Butter200 g

Vanila or Any Essense as you like 2 1/4

Icing Sugar about 400g - 450g

How to make Butter Icing:

Firstly, stir butter and icing little amount.

Then add icing slowly until it turn creamy like snow.

Then add Vanilla and beat it well like it turns to snow.

NOTE

Use Icing amount slowly and icing amount depend by climate. If you have rainy climate want icing more and if dry want less icing to mixture.
