Yummy Dark with Cashew Date Cake
What Is The Date Cake?
Date Cake Is Delicious cake mainly in sri lanka. It is made from main ingredient with Dates. It is very dark and yummy cake for all ages. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. When you beat it until the sugar melt and combine with all ingredients well you can get fine cake. This is the moist cake like others and make very taste from dates.
You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.
This is a Correct and best Date Cake recipe. This is easy to make and yummy and very very delicious....This Is best One surely as this one flavour with cashew....
Date Cake Ingredient : For 1kg
Butter 180 g
Sugar 250 g
Flour 250 g
Dates 500g
Eggs 4
Baking Powder tsp1
Vanila tsp2
Milk cup 1/2
Cashew 125g
Baking Soda tbs 1
How to make Yummy Dark with Cashew Date Cake:
Firstly chops up cashew and dates.
Then melt baking soda with a little bit hot water.
Then add the dates to baking soda mixer 45 minutes.
Then, beat the butter and sugar thoroughly until fluffy and pale yellow.
Beat the eggs one by one after being thoroughly beaten and stir well.
Then stir flour and baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
Then add the flour with a mixture of butter.
Then add cashew and dates mixer and beat again
Then, mix it with vanilla and milk.
Before put date cake to oven , pre heat it 10 minutes.
Then put it in 45 min- 60 min at 180 C degrees
NOTE
Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
When you make milk you can add 2 tsp milk powder to water.
