What Is The Hot MilkSponge Cake?
Hot MilkSponge Cake Is yummy & tasty cake in this bakery side. It is made from main ingredient with milk and butter. It is very fluffy and yummy cake for all ages. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. When you beat it until the sugar melt and combine with all ingredients well you can get fine cake. This is the main cake method for other roll cakes and gatues. If you put more baking powder than recipe amount, your cake can be less fluffy.
You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.

Sponge Cake Ingredient :
Butter 30 g
Sugar 150 g
Flour 100 g
Eggs 4
Baking Powder tsp 1
Vanila tsp 1
Milk cup 1/4
Salt Small amount
Egg yolk 4
How to make Yummy Hot Milk Sponge Cake Recipe:
Firstly, stir flour, baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
Add all eggs and yolks, salt, vanilla and sugar and then beat about 6 miniutes until turn creamy.
Then milk boil with butter pieces. After it melt and turn milk colour to red. Then take off from heat and keep it until cool.
Then add half flour to egg mixture and Stir well from hand. Then add other half of flour to it.
Then add milk mixture slowly and stir well from hand. (Don't beat it.)
Apply butter to pan and spray flour little.
Then keep those 10 balls wihtout touching.
Then put it the oven in 25 minutes at 175 c degrees.
NOTE
When you make milk you can add 2 tsp milk powder to water.
Butter & eggs should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
You can add jam as you like for filling.
