Eggless Fruit Cake For Vegetarians

Eggless Fruit Cake Ingredient :



Cherries                                       25 g
Cashew                                        50 g
Sultana                                        100g
Currants                                      100g
Mix Fruit Pieces (Dry Fruits)       50g
Water                                         Cup 1
Butter                                          125g
Milkmaid Small Tin                          1
Flour                                           125g
Baking Soda                            Tsp 1/2
Salt Small amount


How to make Eggless Fruit Cake For Vegetarians:


Firstly, stir flour, baking soda together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
Then add butter and milkmaid stir well.
Then add chopped fruits and water.
Add salt and stir well.
Then add flour to it and Stir well from hand.
Apply butter to pan and spray flour little.
Put mixture to pan. ( 8"x8")
Then put it the oven in 45 minutes at 175 c degrees.



NOTE


     Butter & Fruits should be taken before 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
     Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
