Chow chow                                                           1kg
Strawberry Jam                                               1 bottle
Butetr                                                                    1kg
Semolina                                                               1kg
Eggs                                                                        50
Sugar                                                                     1kg
Vanilla                                                           2 bottles
Almond Essence                                             1 bottle
Rose Essence                                                  1 bottle
Bee Honey                                                   1/2 bottle
Brandy                                                         1/4 bottle
Nutmeg Poweder                                                tsp 2
Cinnamon Powder                                              tsp 4
Cardamom Powder                                             tsp 2
Clove Powder                                                     tsp 2
Black Grapes                                                      500g (Only If you want dark Color Cake)
Dates                                                                    1kg
Icing                                                               1 1/2kg

how to make Dark & Yummy Wedding Cake:


1 Step

Mix all fruit ingredient without jam, cashew, butter, semolina and eggs.Then add all essence, spices, brany and bee honey. Put jar and close it. Then keep 3 days.
Then divide egg yolk and egg whites. Add sugar to egg yolk and beat well.
Heat semolina little and add butter to it for melt butter.
Add Creamy egg yolk mixture and semolina mixture and stir them.
Then add fruit mixture we kept 3 days. Add cut cashew 500g for this. If you think less essence for tasty you can add more now. If you want add jam.
Get 3/4 egg white and beat. Add to this cake mixture.
Put 3 oil papers to cake tray foot. Put to cake mixture to tray. put oil paper on it.
Keep Oven 1 hour with 200c
When it cool you can crumble it and store any days as you wish.

2 Step

Before 2 days your wedding day you get your cake and crumble it again.
Add golden syrup, Bee honey and essence as you tasty. Stir well.
Put to tray this mixture and tight it. put icing layer and cut pieces as you wish.


How To Make Icing


Get your rest egg white and add icing powder and powdered cashew.
Add Rose essence, almond, vanilla essence and brandy or arrack.
Stir well until no sticky your hand.
Then make icing layer and apply to cake top.


NOTE


Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
