Marry Marry Christmas Cake For Your Great Christmas
Christmas Cake Ingredient:
Semolina 500g
Sugar 1kg
Butter 500g
Raisins 750g
Ginger Preserve200g
Cashew 750g
Brandy 1 vine glass
Bee Honey1 Vine glass
Vanilla 1 bottle
Almond1 bottle
Rose Essence 1 bottle
Strawberry Jam1/2 of bottle
Mix Spices 25g
Sultana 750g
Cherry 300g
Chow Chow 500g
Candid peel 200g
Eggs 25
How to make Christmas Cake
Firstly, Cut all fruits to small pieces and add brandy, Vanilla, almond, rose essence small amount and stire well. Keep refrigerator.
Heat semolina until it turn gold colour. Keep to cold it. Then egg yolk, sugar and butter beat well.
Then get fruit mixture and semolina. Stir them. Add rest essence to it. Add jam, Bee honey and spices. Stir well.
Beat egg white separately. then mix whith above mixture.
Then put it in 1 or 2 hour (time depends on your oven) at 150-200 C degrees
Then sandwich two cake layers with icing. (See Butter Icing recipe for this.)
NOTE
Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
Before put cake to oven , preheat it 10 minutes.
