Cheese Cake is one of tasty sweet dessert cake in this bakery side. It is make from biscuits and cheese. It is very sticky and yummy cake. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. Cheese Cake Ingredients :
Marie biscuits 500g
Butter 250g
Cheese 100g
Icing Sugar 1Cup
Lime Juice From 4 Limes
Butter for cream 100g
Vanilla
Method :
Firstly crush biscuits.
Heat half of butter (125g) until melt.
Then add biscuits and stir well from hand. Add other 125g butter too.
Get flat tray and put mixer same level with Tighten and thicken.
Then keep it Freezer 15 minutes.
Then mix other butter 100g and cheese. Add lime juice and vanilla.
Then get back biscuit mixture and pour cream top of it.
Keep Freezer until you eat.
NOTE
Butter should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
Cheese should be Soft like butter
