What Is The Love Cake?

Love Cake is one of tasty cake in this bakery side. It is make from Fruits and honey. It is very sticky and yummy cake. This cake is fluffy from your beat method. When you beat it until the sugar melt and combine with all ingredients well you can get fine cake. This is the main cake method for other cakes.

You want to stir flour with baking powder at least 3 times. It is must as want combine them better. And You have to keep eggs and butter at normal room temperature before 30 minutes you make your cake.

Love Cake Ingredients : For 1kg

Butter                                            250 g
Pumpkin Preserve                          250g
Sugar                                             350 g
Eggs (yolk 8/egg white 4)                    8
Bee Honey or Golden Syrup tsp    2 1/2
Rulan (Heated Semolina)               250g
Baking Spices                                 tsp 1
Cashew                                           300g
Rose essence                                tsp 1/2
Brandy or Arrack                 2 vine galss
Almond essence                            tsp3/4
Vanilla                                       tsp 2 1/2
Scraped Lemon bark                          1/2


How to make Lovely Fine Love Cake:

Firstly divide egg yolk and egg white.
Beat egg white until it turn like snow.
Then add sugar slowly and beat until melts.
Again beat egg yolk separately and then mix with egg white.
Beat butter separately and add semolina to it.
Mix semolina and egg mixer.
Then add cashew, Pumpkin preserve (chopped), vanilla, rose essance, almond essonce, spices, brandy and honey or golden syrup.
Lastly add scraped lemon.
Before put love cake to oven , pre heat it 10 minutes.
Then put it into oven 60 min at 160 C degrees

NOTE

Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
