Holiday Cake Ingredient: For 1 kg
Butter 250g
Sugar 250g
Flour 250g
Currant 50g
Egg Yolk 6
Egg White 3
Cashew 50g
Baking Powder tsp 1
Rose Essence tbs 1/2
Vanila tsp 1
How To Make Easy Tasty Holiday Cake For Your Great Holiday:
Firstly, Beat the butter and sugar thoroughly until fluffy and pale yellow.
Then add rose essence.
Beat the egg yolk and egg white separately. Then add to butter mixture.
Then stir flour, baking powder together three times until mix baking powder mix to flour.
Then add the flour with a mixture of butter.
Then, mix to it vanilla, currants and cashew.
Before put holiday cake to oven, preheat it 10 minutes.
Then put it in 45 minutes at 180 C degrees
NOTE
Butter and eggs should be taken before half an hour in the refrigerator.
